Bill Eddy, LCSW, JD, is an internationally recognized expert in high-conflict resolution. He is the co-founder of the High Conflict Institute and creator of the High Conflict Personality (HCP) Theory.
A former family law attorney and licensed clinical social worker, Bill has trained legal, mental health, and mediation professionals across 35+ U.S. states and 13 countries. He is the author of 20+ books, including BIFF and Splitting, known for offering clear, practical strategies for managing high-conflict situations effectively.

*Non-members who join CDI in 2026 after paying training rate and attending in-person will receive a $100 credit toward their membership fee.
