Trauma Stewardship and Self-Care in Collaborative Practice

The presenters will share a mindful seminar of exploring the challenges faced by multi-disciplinary professionals in Collaborative practice, particularly when it comes to their own self-care.

How is it possible to walk away unscathed when we day in and day out bear witness to the pain, despair, and high conflict families are experiencing during their divorce process?

Join their discussion and tips for optimizing team dynamics, boundaries of preservation, screening, and humanizing our clients and ourselves, so boundless “unicorn energy” can sustain in our work.

Presented by Kristine Reich, Esq, MSW and Annie von Gillern, JD, MSW, LISW

CDI is honored to welcome Kristine Reich and Annie von Gillern as presenters for our Fall FCST.  Fresh off "CollabFest Midwest 2024", IACP's Regional Conference hosted by Iowa Collaborative Divorce, Kristine and Annie are both attorneys and mental health professionals who work with families through transitions.
